Course Types: Family (one adult and one child), beginners, Intermediate
Course Dates: Saturdays 24 October - 7 November 2009 & November 28 - December 12 2009
Course Location: Western Carpark University of Wollongong, Northfields Ave
Course Times (3 lessons 2 hour duration): 9am-11am, 11:30am-1:30pm
Course Cost: Per Participant $72 (in family classes for every adult one child is free)
Advanced/Commuter courses are 2hrs duration
Course Dates: Sunday 1st November 2009 & 15 November 2009

Understanding your Gears courses are 2hrs duration

Private Lessons are also available - 40min duration

Cycle Skills and Road Rules and Road Safety Training
We offer courses in basic bicycle training from riding for beginners to safety on the roads and understanding the road rules and basic maintenance courses on making sure your bike is roadworthy.
We are an accredited Austcycle Provider and Coaches the only nationally recognised cycling training organisation.
The courses we offer are as follows;
- Adult Beginner/Refresher Course
- Family Riding
- After School Program
- School Holiday Program
- Communter Road Safety and Rules
- Gender Specific Training
- Training for people with disabilities
- Recreational / Family Riding
- Basic Bicycle Maintenance
Courses are run using the participants bikes, however we are able to provide bicycles for those riders that don't own a bicycle or find it too difficult to transport to the training location.
